Centering Meditation
Grounding our energy or centering is one of the very most important things you can incorporate into your daily life. Each day we extend our energy out to each other and into places by leaving a part of our energy in each experience that occurs. As events draw us back through memory we feel as if we are there because of the energetic connection, we relive the experience.
As we move through life we continually extend out to other people, places, and events. There may come a time when we no longer are aware of self. A time when differentiating between what thoughts, feelings, aches and pains are ours and which belong to others.
Grounding allows each person to become aware of self, bring as much energy back to self as possible in that space and time, removing any energy that is not ours from the energy body, creating a clean place to start again.
